Mort Webster

Prof. Webster is an Associate Professor of Energy Engineering, with a focus on uncertainty in energy and environmental systems. Prof. Webster specializes in risk analysis, uncertainty analysis, and decision-making under uncertainty. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in energy and environmental science, engineering, economics, and policy, and has served on several national and international panels, including the U.S. Climate Change Science Program. Xun Cao

Xun Cao received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington, Seattle in 2007. Before coming to Penn State, he was a post-doctoral fellow at the Niehaus Center of the Woodrow Wilson School of the Princeton University and a lecturer at the Department of Government of the University of Essex, UK. His recent research interests include environmental and energy politics, ethnic violence, and political geography.
