In celebration of National Drinking Water Week, Penn State Extension and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection along with numerous other sponsors invite you to submit abstracts for presentations for the 2016 Pennsylvania Groundwater Symposium at the Ramada Inn Conference Center in State College, PA.

The Symposium will provide a forum for 250 researchers, students, professionals and educators working in the groundwater field to exchange information and promote protection of groundwater resources throughout the state.

The day-long symposium will begin at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 with several keynote presentations on emerging groundwater topics.  The remainder of the day will feature numerous concurrent sessions and panel discussions along with a buffet lunch.  A full agenda for the symposium will be available in mid-February.

A nominal registration fee of $40 for the symposium is made possible thanks to the generous funding support of our sponsors. We hope you will consider submitting an abstract to be a presenter for this event to showcase Pennsylvanias valuable groundwater resource!
